My nail technician had poor product knowledge & spent 20 minutes trying to soak off my hard gel nails, then replaced the product with soft gel when what I had booked for was a refill of current TGB product. Also no proper dust extraction & technician was extremely unfriendly from the outset. Suggest better product knowledge / training as a minimum especially for the price charged."
