"Leaving a five star review just because the young woman who served me (;I believe her name tag said Lexi) was very kind, helpful, and efficient. It was one of the most genuinely pleasant transactions I’ve ever had at any store."
"I accidentally bought the wrong type of Iron tablets and I went to this store to exchange them for the correct type. The young girl who served me went to get the supervisor, which I thought was odd. This woman immediately told me in a very abrupt manner that I couldn’t return them in exchange for the correct ones and in a very accusatory tone, asked if I had opened the bottle. I replied that I had not and again explained that I accidentally bought the wrong bottle as these particular ones were useless to me. Then continuing in her rude tone, she said that I couldn’t exchange them because she “didn’t know where I had stored them” and she practically accused me of opening the bottle. I can guarantee that the store was a lot warmer than my house that has no heating. Whilst I understand the policy, she made me feel very upset and embarrassed knowing that the customers behind me could overhear the conversation and not once did she apologise or change her tone. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and she also needs to learn some customer skills. I’m a respectable 64 year old woman who has serious financial difficulties so that was money that I can’t afford, wasted. She asked if I still wanted them and I very firmly told her no and walked out and as a long term customer, Springwood Priceline has lost my trust and my custom."
