"Absolutely love this salon! I have gone there a number of times now for styling, foils, cut and blow dry and have always been happy with the result. In addition to a great service, the salon is beautifully decorated providing a relaxing atmosphere. It is situated in a good position, with easy parking (which is often a problem in Springwood) and close to Station."

"I had a haircut and blowdry today and I'm so upset with the results!!! to say the least this is the worst haircut I have ever had!!!!! I asked for a concave bob and I got a short straight bob that is so short with some little longer strand here and there, uneven chopped sections that won't lay flat, my hair looks appauling!! I arrived with confidence that she would know what to do but I was sadly mistaken. I will never go back and will not be recommending this salon to anyone. This is my response to the owners reply to my review. The owner said I left the salon very happy! That is just not correct at all !!! I was very unhappy and I'm sure the girl knew this as she did not ask if I wanted to make a return appointment nor did she ask if I wanted to purchase the cream for my hair which she told me about during my appointment. I did not want to discuss this with her at that time of how unhappy I was with the haircut as there was another client in the salon and thought it was not the right time to do so. If you are going to respond to my review please do post incorrect infirmation."
