"Very unfriendly place! No smiles anywhere My cuticle was cut deeply on my thumb and is quite painful and bloody. Not even an I’m sorry or care about infection prevention. Seemed happy to use communal polish on the nail even though it may touch my blood. Not hygienic at all. Won’t be back. They should remember there is a lot of competition on the street and a smile/caring attitude about quality goes a long way."

"Took my client there to get her nails done which is her favourite place. Staff are friendly and welcoming! They also do such a great job my client always leaving the store so happy with the outcome Every time. Only issue is printing receipt for proof of purchase purposes. I prefer to have hard physical copy so be wise to have paper rolls for eftpos machine receipt print thanks. Other than that, great experience overall"

"Horrible pedicure with shellac. Pedicure was slap dash and one of my nails completely uneven. I’ve never had one so bad. The nail technician had realised she had done something wrong and continued to put layer upon layer to try and cover it up. She even asked those around her but didn’t remove it and start again. The result is my big toes having the texture of a corrugated iron roof. I was also left with the shellac all over bits of my skin that I had to scratch off when I got home."

"Never go here, it was a huge mistake. They don’t even know how to do manicures. I went in to get SNS on my natural nails as I usually do to help me let them grow out. The lady would not stop filing my nail down until she reached my nail bed and I was flinching in pain. If you call them out, they will ALL give you so much attitude. I promise there are better nail salons to give your business to who will do a far better job. Only go here if you want to come out with even worse looking nails. Attached are photos of my final nails, they blamed me for having short nails when they filed everything I had off!"
