"Went here for the first time last Saturday after hearing good things from a friend.The girl who did my nails seemed so rude. I made my appointment with them over the phone days in advance. When I got there, I was rushed. But she was incredibly rough to my nails and I had to tell her she was hurting me a couple of times. When I did speak up she paused and seemed annoyed, and didn’t actually respond or look at me, and then continued what she was doing but a little softer. They were cut so far back a few are almost to the quick, and they’re actually sore today from her filing the skin and soft part under the nail. Adding to this, once they rushed me to finish my nails. I went to the accounted to made the payment and I was told to take money out of their own atm inside the shop. Which I found really odd. I told them that I did not have my card and therefore I will prefer to pay by eftpos tapping via my phone and they told me that they only do cash. Then the lady told me ti transfer money to her account, which I found it really weird. I transferred to the account I was given. On the same 3 of the nails started coming off.Only after few hours. I tried to contact them once but I could not get a hold of. Then today I received a call from someone in the salon telling me they still haven’t received the payment. (which led me to post a review) Really disappointed with the whole experience and how they damaged my nails. It looks like based on their reviews I’m not the only or first customer who has complained about their services. They haven’t even apologised for damaging my nails and expecting to don’t ask for a refund even after I told them in multiple times that I do not satisfied with their service and not feel confortable to go back to their salon and do my nails with them."

"Horrible service . WASTE OF MONEY She burned my finger taking off the polish with the machine . The quality of the powder (SNS) is soooo bad that the color is not even . And also it is not similar to the color that I choose . Y was so unhappy that I had to fight for a discount which They should had offered to me because I said to them since the beginning the color was nos staying even . She wanted to charge me $50 for a really poor service and bad actitud . Finally I insisted to pay $40, which I think is even expensive for what it is . They basically said that was my fault for choosing that color . She didn’t put cream in my hands. I am so disappointed . I hope you don’t go there."
