"they were so nice! Even when I was picking my nail shape or when I was picking my nail polish they gave me really good opinions and helped me with which one I should get! They lasted OVER a month and stayed in INCREDIBLE condition, I recommend to ANYONE and is actually really cheap! One basic set was $40! Btw for your information this place s now known as “BSH nails”"

"Review from mum: Had a terrible experience from the start to finish. She received a $75 voucher for Xmas and when taking it there they kept looking at as it wasn’t from them. Once they started working on her nails she felt frightened from their rough hands and was asked not to shake? In unfriendly tone, because she doesn’t know much English she didn’t say anything. The job was described as Poor and nails only lasted just under a week. She was charge an additional $10 which she doesn’t know why. It looks like the 5 star reviews are coming family members and themselves."

"I've only given 1 star just so i can write my review. Ive been going to Paris Star nails for about 2 years every 2 weeks for waxing and nails. Even after moving from the area for 2 months i still drove all the way to cairnlea from Craigieburn as i didnt want to go anywhere else. Everytime ive been there, ive always just walked in without an appointment and the service is always great. Last Friday, i got my usual done on my nails. Acrylic with shellac on top. By Saturday two of them had already chipped. I went in on Tuesday to see if i could get them fixed and they told me to come back the next day as they are too busy. I went back the next day (yesterday) only to be told again they are busy. So ive now phoned to see if i can go in today to get them fixed and again they are too busy. I dont understand that as a paying customer they will do my nails as a walk in but because they now need to repair them because they obviously weren't done properly, they are now too busy. I will make sure that either way they fix them but thats the last time I'll be going there. Very disappointed."

"Dont know who gave the 1 star rating but that mustve been fabricated but it was the best experience for me . The staff were so bubbly and friendly i could stay and do my nails for a whole day. The nail technician's were professional and treated my nails with much care. I would definitely be back."
