"I phoned earlier today to book a spa and blow dry for 2 dogs at 1pm today. Owner told me no need to book just rock up. We arrived at 1pm to be told they could do the job in 30 to 45 minutes which did not suit us as we have to be somewhere at 2pm. We left very upset because we came prepared to start the job at 1pm, and not to wait 30 - 45 minutes. MESSAGE TO LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE, IF A PAYING CUSTOMER CALLS TO BOOK A SPECIFIC TIME, RESPECT THEIR REQUEST AND EITHER, MAKE THE BOOKING OR, TELL THEM THEY CAN TAKE THEIR CHANCES SND BE PREPARED TO WAIT. BE HONEST ABOUT WHY YOU DON’T TAKE THE BOOKINGS OR TAKE THE DAMN BOOKING.WE WILL NOT SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN"
