"Not only it’s impossible to get through when you can (as they just never answer their phones). Was treated with disrespect and hung up after dealing with Steven. Clearly I was stressed out about my trip and was wanting some clarity about my journey. It was like If my enquire was an issue for this guy and after arguing about why can’t he helped me, he simply hang up on me. Appertaining I swear at him, when I was just expressing my frustration with the situation. It’s not the first time this has happened to me. Avoid this person at all cost as there’s little empathy/ customer service skills! Worst experience and would suggest managers to train this person in how to deal with stressed customers!
