I have called and allegedly the credit is still being processed, so I waited. No credit. I called again and they said my return should have been collected and they would call me to confirm. No response. I called again and they again said they would call me back today. No response. No credit. Perhaps I'm too small of a customer for them to care about. Frustrating and time consuming,"

Filled out the forms, sent them off. Phoned 4 days later to find out, was then told you can not use the web store to by products online without a trade account. could not care less.
