"Went to pick up my vanity 3 weeks after it was ready as I live over an hour away from the warehouse and had to find the time. When I arrived I was told it couldn't be found and that I'd be notified when it was located. After 2 unanswered emails, I rang a week later where I was promised the vanity would be shipped out to me the week of and I'd receive a tracking number via email. 4 days later I still hadn't received said tracking number, so I rang to follow up again. I was told the face of the vanity had been damaged so now I had to wait another 2 weeks for this to be ready which was extremely frustrating as I had organised for my carpenter to come and install it. It was only after I had voiced my frustration that I was offered delivery. There was no sense of remorse or compassion from Amira - she put up a fight and couldn't admit that the company had done wrong by their customer. Just kept trying to blame me and beat around the bush. Her excuse was that I 'showed up at the warehouse without an appointment' - an appointment I was never told I needed to make. I work in a warehouse and I know that when we mess up, we bend over backwards to offer any solution to our customer that rectifies our mistake. So disappointing to see this company doesn't believe in customer satisfaction."

"I designed my own cabinetry and tried to get a few quotations around. Among all, Imperial offered me the most reliable price. I decided to proceed with them after meeting and few discussions. I was quite skeptical with my own design and colors but the team managed to convince me with the best selections. They are easy to work with, very accomodative esp. to my budget endless amendments. The only thing that was an issue was the timing, we waited for months for the cabinet to be installed after the final draft - it has been postponed due to production being delayed, but i guess it is what it is - you cant do anything about it - the end result is worth all the wait. We are so delighted that it turned out the way I imagined. The shelving is just beautiful, sleek and clean to look at - we received a lot of compliments for that! There are tiny details that can be improved but this works well to our budget. Now, no more toy clutters! I definitely recommend them if you want your design to come to reality!
