We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations, as failing to do so will result in a $50 deposit charge to your credit card. However, if you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and if you reschedule within 30 days, your deposit can be applied towards your next appointment.
While we strive to accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the event that you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in, but please note that your session may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for our other valued clients.
Conveniently located in Westfield Warringah Mall, our address is Shop 1527 on Old Pittwater Road in Brookvale, NSW. Our operating hours are as follows: weekdays from 9AM to 5:30PM, Saturdays from 9AM to 5PM, and Sundays from 10AM to 5PM.

"I had probably one of the worst experiences ever at a nail salon. I paid $95 and almost cried at how horrible they were. My extension shape were uneven- one hand had longer nails than the other, with individual nail sizes also being not the same length. I asked for a coffin shape - and got this, completely wobbly shaped instead. And to top it off, my colour top coat were thick mountains on my nails ( she had made them striped to start off with , with not enough pigment - then added more coats in the hope to save them) Please save your money. I Pretty much spent $100 for a hot mess. Very upset."
"I have had my eyebrows waxed three times here - the last time, the eyebrow wax they used was too hot and so my skin was burnt and peeled for a few days. So it was good until then. It is very inexpensive."

Salon is extremely dirty and unhygienic - nail clippings everywhere, skin shavings left over from previous customers, foot-spas are dirty and not drained and/or cleaned between clients, mani/pedi tools are also not cleaned or sterilised between customers etc. Treatments are overpriced and the overall service was very rushed and rough - cuticles bleeding. Staff were also impatient, rude and unhappy while carrying out services."
