"My mum, auntie, sister and i came here to get our nails done for my wedding. Very patient and kind service, so helpful with helping us pick nail designs and we had a lovely time. They were very accomodating even though we only booked the morning of. Would definitely recommend."
"Would not recommend to anyone. 0/5 stars. I’ve been to this nail salon multiple times in the past couple of years, and after horrible customer service on my last visit sometime last year, I decided not to go back. However, after a friend of mine told me how their acrylic nails with tips are good, I decided to visit again in hopes their customer service had changed. I was incorrect. After the acrylic tips and nail polish was done, I was put into the drying area and told to wait 10 minutes. After 5 minutes had passed I decided to check them and noticed how a large piece of dust had stuck on making it look like a very noticeable black dot. I asked one of the employees if they were able to paint on top of it or somehow fix it as it was only regular nail polish. She then told me “no I had bumped it”, to which I responded with “I’m sorry but that’s dust”. The employees attitude was noticeable agitated. She proceeded to aggressively remove the polish on the nail with acetone and then began painting the nails of the lady next to me. She then tapped my arm twice with the back of her hand with some force instead of politely asking for me to turn around or tapping my shoulder. This occurred a couple of times as she was going back and forth with the lady next to me. She did not speak to me once after that and it felt as if she was angry at me. I will also note that I am not one for confrontation and will usually not say anything if I’m not happy with my nails, however, this was very noticeable and it wasn’t my fault. I felt very uncomfortable after the encounter and began to have a panic attack while the nail was drying again. Even when I took out my hand to view the nails again, I noticed there was another dust mark on another nail which wasn’t as noticeable. And because I felt so uncomfortable, I decided not to say anything about it after paying. I said thank you and left feeling horrible."
"I had my nail done for a music festival, it’s so pretty. Really easy to make a booking by phone call and leave my number then no long waiting. They're always busy so the arrangement is professional that I see very few places can do. The best nail shop I've been to in Mail."
