"Terrible service , enquiring about spare parts for a generator , gave believed model no. And photos and specs of parts , first email was ignored , second email following up they asked all the same questions of information given in first email , third email asked the same again , just giving me the run around as I think the sales person was just to lazy to go and look and check for the parts I'd given details and photos of ! Was trying to support an Australian Business , but seems like they don't care unless your buying expensive items thru there automated ebay system , (of which I will now never use or recommend) Good luck with you unsupportive business model , if you don't want to support or serve customers wanting to buy parts, what makes you think they'll want to buy or recommend people buying expensive products from you ? Stay away !"
