"Product - I purchased the Original Beard oil to help me with severe beard dandruff. It has helped tremendously and I noticed significant improvements within a couple days of use. Oil soaks into beard very quickly, I don't have any issues with discolouration on my t-shirts as I have with previous oils tried. Service - I had an issue with my address being wrong on the package (my fault). Didn't notice till package had been sent. I emailed Groomed Man Co and they very quickly replied, offering to go above and beyond to help get the issue resolved and the package to me ASAP. Very very happy with their products and service. "I have worked for SEPHORA for over 4 years and as part of my career there received loads of samples to try and purchased tons of products myself based on friend's recommendations. I felt like there were good products, but nothing that really stood out to me as having a huge impact on my skin or simply wasn't worth the huge price tag attached to it like La Mer and Drunk Elephant products. I first purchased nearly one of everything from TGMC about 1.5 years ago and haven't used anything else since. The standout product, among all of the extremely high quality items, is the smooth operator face moisturizer. I used to hate using moisturizers because it left my skin feeling oily and like it had a coating sitting on top of it. The smooth operator moisturizer has a matte finish, leaves no residue on my skin, and is fast absorbing. After even just a couple days of using the product consistently, at night before bed, I could already visibly see a difference with my skin looking more even, firm and hydrated. I use all the products, including the face scrub and wash, body wash, scrub and moisturizer, hair shampoo and conditioner and haven't looked back since. Keen to always keep my bathroom stocked and tell all my friends about it every chance I get. The scents are great and I particularly like the cola products that are unlike anything else I've used or seen before. The value is amazing for the ingredients used.
