"The souvlaki has always been small, but it looks like they changed the recipe to have mayonnaise instead of garlic sauce. Took me a while to work out why it tasted so wrong, but I only had a few bites before deciding it was too awful to finish."
"1st time since new owners. 18 June 2023 I got a hamburger with the lot (old school) not Sgt Bakers menu, the owner was nice enough to accomodate my request. And bingo. Great burger, great taste, better than Theos and better than Hazel Glen. If they keep it up. They will be the best around. Good luck guys!!"
"By far the most over priced fish and chips in the area. The ‘snack size’ serve of chips is $6. They’re bright yellow, floury and don’t taste good at all. The potato cakes are not hand cut. They’re bright yellow, perfectly round processed ones that taste horrible. The flake was quite nice, but $9.50 for the smallest flake I’ve ever had (smaller than the frozen processed fish you buy from the supermarket) is ridiculous. I can’t recommend this place and definitely won’t be a repeat customer."
"This has the potential to become the best burger house in the area, bit it is not there yet. Pros: The bun is very good, the party is homemade and massive. The combination I got with the haloumi was great and the haloumi property cooked. Cons: patty was cooked to death. Patty although massive and good deal for the consumer, I am not sure how it can be profitable for the store. Price value I asked for second patty on my burger and my request was declined.. that was ultra weird initially but then I saw how big it is. I could easily have a second as I was hungry, anyway the point is that extra patties is a normal regular request and it should be accepted. I have no problem to be changed extra 8 $ for this size of patty. Service and the people inside looked super sad. It made me feel weird"
