"Very disappointing customer service. Our drink was forgotten, the driver said he would return with in 10 minutes to bring it. 30 minutes had passed and no one had come so I called the store to be told it had been sent out, fast forward an hour still nothing. The female staff member when I called for a second time offered no assistance and was bluntly rude insisting I spoke to “this time it’ll be sent out”. It’s been nearly two hours since the meal was delivered and still no drink."
"While I was waiting a staff member came back from what I believe to be a break. And proceed to give what I understand to be the shift manager the finger. I was stunned. This staff member should have been told to leave then and there. The pizza was average, made me thirsty. Had meat lovers. Will not go back to a place with staff members like that"

"Ordered their chef’s recommend Victoria special gourmet pizza. Not sure if they’ve rushed making it because of the influx of customers but the pizza lacks flavor and was very dry. The crust was disappointingly bland for something that is called gourmet. First time we had to salt and paper on a pizza in a long time. Hopefully they’ll do better next time,"
