I called them nicely asking for a refund and they manipulated it to make it seem like it was what I asked for!"

"LLG is an amazing hair salon with Eric and his staff. Simply put, with difficult hair, they consistently cut it perfectly. That is, the hair looks great for the next 6-8 weeks rather than at virtually every other salon I've been too after two weeks it starts growing out wrong. On one part that needs colouring, they do it perfectly, never making mistakes that others consistently seem to do. Eric and their staff are warm, caring, and consistent. I've always recommended them to friends. 10/10 :)"
