"They made a mess of my hair and didn't own their errors. They wanted me to pay extra in order for them to correct the mess they made of my hair. Never going to mei hair salon in Fairfield ever again. I am totally disappointed and disgusted that they didn't own their errors. I asked for full head of foils and got patches of colour here and there. In response to the owner. The 1st time I had my hair done in your salon I was quoted for full head of foils, colour inbetween and hair cut. After foils were done hairdresser said I didn't need colour inbeween but I still paid full amount quoted. I didn't mind because foils turned out perfect. 2nd time and the last, I asked for the same and was quoted the same price as the 1st time. After numerous negative comments from friends and other hairdresser I came back in Hope of correcting disaster which was refused. Instead 3 foils of lowlights were placed in front of my hair NOTHING was done with the back and sides of my hair that was very patchy, unless I paid for it. Normally I wouldn't review, but this was definitely warranted"
