"Upgraded from 3 Stars: Pharmacy staff are over vigilant when asking for over the counter medication. They appear extremely suspicious as to why I have wanted a particular medication and require my Photo ID that other Pharmacies do not request. I did note one gentleman was having similar difficulties and he left the store without the medication he requested. Chemist Warehouse in general is becoming less of a chemist and more of a vitamin and supplement boutique store. It is becoming harder to find off the shelf medications such as eye drops. Staff have lifted their game in the past few months and at last visit have improved on the way they treat customers."
