"Paid for an item which had a ticketed price indicating 1/2 price. when I paid at the counter I got charged the full price instead. When I questioned the checkout person (after paying) he advised that the tickets go up the day before the actual sale.. this is grossly misleading the public and had I known I was to pay full price, I would have purchased a different product. Poor form and practice on their end and complete laziness to display tickets a day before the actual sale starts."

"The cashier is terrible!! The manager have to do basic training on customer service not trying to make look bad in front of everyone. I got humiliated! My privacy is breach as you need to open my bank account publicly and show you the transaction. I only asked a simple question but become a scene. Customer (at least on my end) doesn't care whose at fault as long as the problem is solve. Suggestion: If you have a bad situation such as card payment is not working, please let customer know first before it happen. I will give grace and understanding if i know your payment machine is not working since morning!"
"From every visit I’ve had Staff have been friendly and helpful. It’s always easier to ask where things are and staff have always been available to assist. Shelves are well stocked and almost never empty. Seems to have a very good system to ensure shelves are replenished immediately. Product range is just like any other Chemist Warehouse with prescriptions always available. Lots of parking available behind."
