"Two stars rather than one because in the past my experiences were good, if occasionally off-hand. But today was disgraceful. The young fellow serving got the bill wrong, told me the price tag (on dog treats directly opposite the checkout) was wrong but the bill was correct. After I asked for a re-check, he said the product must be in the wrong place. I was handed the scanner and asked to scan the product. I did. "Oh." So, another bill - wrong again - queried again - checked again - another bill, probably pretty correct (but I wanted to leave). At no stage was there an apology or any interest in the customer or the integrity of the business. I'll go elsewhere."
