"Disappointed. Dropped into the pharmacy just before 10am. No one in the store. No a soul. Asked reception is 4th shots were being offered. "they are, you'll need to check the website. Might not be anything until later this week" I stood there, went through the site myself on my phone. Nothing at all this week. Said to reception "well guess I'll have to find somewhere else". The reply was something along the lines of "guess so". Still no one in the pharmacy. We're at the start of a 4th wave of Covid. I have many reasons to want to get vaccinated and avoid the virus. I understand there is still work to be done, even without customers in the store. And that walk-ups cannot be advertised to be entertained, lest you get swamped. But in the face of this health crisis to not see someone in store, looking for a booster and not find time - when there is no one else there - and turn them away. That is a poor public health response. Especially as I have been seen there before, all my details are in the system. In the least Karen way possible, I won't be back. Only hope is you don't fail the next person who might walk in under similar circumstances."
