"To the team at Southpaws, and Dr Lorna, thank you so much for the compassionate care we received when we had to put our cat, Luna, down. It was a difficult day, and Dr Lorna was absolutely fantastic, explaining everything clearly, giving us space to be with her, and being so caring and gentle. The facilities were clean, reception staff were great (+ the lovely sleeping dog behind the counter). We would highly recommend this facility to anyone. "Words to sum up Southpaws - Quality, Integrity, Care & Kindness. Our boy Teddy was involved in a horrific accident where he was hit by a truck. Southpaws not only saved Ted's life multiple times, with life saving surgeries and intensive critical care, but also treated him like their own whilst in their care. As a family we were able to entrust the experienced Team at Southpaws with our baby and always felt he was in the best possible hands. Ted's medical journey has been a long, tough one but the team have been with us every step of the way, advocating for Ted in all the ways we could hope for. "We cannot thank Southpaws enough for the incredible work they have done to save our boy Freddies life. Our cat Freddie was hit by a car, and was experiencing life threatening injuries when he arrived at Southpaws. The Vets and Nurses at Southpaws were AMAZING. They offered both empathy and care, as well as outlining the medical reality of Freddies condition. There was no stone left unturned. They provided constant updates over the phone, as well as sending us photos of Freddie over his 6 day stay. We were so grateful for this. They kept such a close eye on him, and ensured every test was done to closely monitor his condition and to make sure they were treating him correctly. Freddie is now safely at home, which is more than we could ever wish for. Thank you, thank you, thank you Southpaws!!!!"
