"We eat take away here on the regular, and the food is always very tasty. But the last few visits, the customer service has not been great. On multiple occasions we’ve been given a time of 30-40 minutes to pick up our order, however when we arrive we are then made to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. Like tonight, we were told our order will be ready at 7, it’s now 7:35 and we are still waiting. This is not acceptable. I totally understand that things get busy, and am happy to wait 10-15 minutes extra if it’s really required but you can not ask your customers to wait an additional 30-40 minutes than your original timing. If you can’t handle the number of orders coming through, please don’t accept them or hire additional staff in your kitchen."
