"Asked for a touch up for my balayage hair as my usual hairdresser was out of the country. He stated that there were areas in my hair that wasn't as ash toned as others. I agreed with him as it's from my purple shampoo but agreed to continue. Once finished, my hair was BROWN. I didn't want to complain as he stayed open to finish my hair and I wanted to see if it might have lightened up after a wash. However, it did not. He was contacted to make me aware that my hair was WAY darker than what it was prior and showed him photos side by side and he told me I photoshopped these photos... I was very patient with him as when he was doing my hair he had an apprentice split my hair for the foils without asking me and it was her second time so there a bigger foil patches at the front. When he was doing my hair I would clearly show I was in pain from him pulling my hair and also making me hold my head back with heavy foils in my hair to the point where my head was shaking because my neck struggled to stay in a certain position. There was some extreme bad service I didn't speak up about as I was thankful he agreed to do my hair but he ruined my hair and won't even own up to it even though the evidence is clear."
