"This barbershop is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a complimentary beverage. Andy took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly."

"I visited the store on 17/08/23 at 5:52 pm and was welcomed very well by Andy. However, my experience took a disappointing turn when a staff member seemed annoyed by the customers turning up an hour before they close and made a loud comment, 'The more you come late, your haircut is going to be faster.' After a moment, I was called for a haircut by the person in the picture below (Guy with a cap, beard and tattoos on his hand). He abruptly asked me, 'What do you want?' without any greeting later made an argument and almost hit me upon asking if anything is wrong with him. I would give 5 stars to Andy for his excellent service, but I'm compelled to give 0 stars to the individual in the image below. Such behaviour is inexcusable, and appropriate measures should be taken. DONT GET YOUR HAIRCUT FROM THE GUY IN IMAGE BELOW"
