"I went in to get my hair dyed ombre and cut to my shoulders, I walked out with a dead straight line of orange bleach and my hair cut to my chin. Absolute nightmare. Ended up having to go to another salon to get my hair fixed and a reverse ombre. Cost way to much money for a botched job. My hair has only just grown to my shoulders. It might be ok for 50+ aged hairstyles but not a style that I wanted. WILL NEVER GO BACK"
