"The location is bad. It’s on a busy street, 5 way traffic light. I feel unsafe to just cross the road or walk on pavement here. It’s a 70km/hr speed zone. There is tons of noise and pollution by vehicles. The apartment itself is not so well maintained, especially the parking area. Hardly any visitor parking available."

Swimming pool and BBQ area on the roof top, plus a very pleasant recreation area.
