"I’m currently a resident in 6B and though I find it to be a nice but chill place to live as it’s pretty quiet. A team of cleaner’s come by every day to clean & maintains all the common area’s which is great I must admit however nevertheless there’s one thing I must say though the building’s management / strata could definitely really look into having all the banged up corridor walls to all the apartments re-painted and seen to ASAP because honestly from what I’ve noticed every part of the walls are all banged up by the way of scuffs, deep scratch marks, holes and chips which looks atrocious for a such a somewhat new building other than that open up all the chained off parking spots whilst your at it on level one and have them also allocated to visitors parking too because there’s certainly not enough of them. Other than those two issues I can’t complain. Thanks and keep up the good work."
"I am a new owner of Coronation property living in bindery Liverpool apartment.Though it has just been few months i already feel like i would never recommend anyone to go with coronation property.The management team is very irresponsive and unprofessional . Initially when i came to look for the property i noted few things that needed to be fixed we were told that once the restriction are lifted the management will follow with the request and someone will be sent for the maintenance issues. It's been months and months and i am going round and round trying to get through to the right person who will be able to help fix the maintenance issue that we have in the apartment. As the manager of the building does not care and wonder who is responsible..??? MY home intercom has not been working , we have been missing parcel and every time have to run to get items.Imagine living in the 17th floor and going up and down to get guest , to run after parcel so that i won't miss as the intercom of the building has not been working since we moved in .Beside that there is lot of maintenance that i have requested that coronation property was meant to fix and nothing has been done yet with no response from the management. Beside that, people that i have communicated have been unprofessional and rather than helping out he/she thinks that we are annoying them by following with our request. Making an excuse of short staff for months is completely not acceptable when its been months and months. Unfortunately such a bad management team that we have to ever deal with ."
"Apartments are beautiful and community is lovely. Not to mention amazing food at our doorstep. Unfortunately parking is a real issue here, with almost every unit coming with only 1 spot regardless of number of bedrooms, and visitors parking being completely full by 4pm on weekdays and full the entire day on weekends. I can’t even have guests over without advising them there may be an issue with finding parking both inside and outside of the building. It’s truly stressful to come home everyday not knowing if we will have parking at our own home, with 2 people living in a 2BR and not having any options other than the single designated spot and the 2hr parking on the street that is usually full as well."
"For someone who spent over $500 there with my family I would've expected 5 star treatment. They kept bringing the wrong food then said our seafood platter had a problem, the food took over an hour and a half to finally get to us for entrees then another 40 minutes for the mains. When we ordered coffee, ice cream and desert they forgot a simple ice cream which we ended up waiting 40 minutes for then the manager finally gave it to us. The waitresses have no clue what goes where and never ask if we need anything unless we flag them down 50 times. Would not recommend it unless you want to pay 100 per head for 1 star treatment."
