"I AM FURIOUS. I depend on my sleeping medication because I’m severely mentally ill and I don’t sleep without it. This chemist LIED to me TWICE about mailing my script to my regular chemist TWO WEEKS AGO. I went to pick up my medication only to be told they didn’t have my script STILL. I called only to find out that my script was STILL at chemist warehouse and it was NOT mailed. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes when I asked to make a complaint, and had to call back 3 times, before being told off for RIGHTFULLY being upset. I’m facing ending up in the psych ward due to being sent into psychosis from lack of sleep thanks to the LYING and sheer INCOMPETENCE."
