"this is about both Pharmacy and Medical Centre so please be aware... The cost of living is going up and I do not pay for my medical or medication as my insurance do but I do feel for the ones that need to watch out for money... Re buying pills from Goonawarra, you are better off getting the bus to Sunbury I couldn`t beleive it but $12 extra and I gave the receipt to my insurance and they also questioned it. re the Medical Centre... Bad reviews all over... I should have looked before going to Goonawarra Medical. I would like to make all aware I do not pay for medical as I use insurance but I am concerned for others that go to this Medical Centre with the cost of living when you STILL CAN GET BULK BILLING IN SUNBURY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. I decided to change Medical centres to Goonawarra and what a Massive MISTAKE! My Appointments were to get Prescriptions and I needed repeats, plus also needed certificates to be off work as my Insurance needed them. My old Medical Centre gave me 5 repeats for Prescriptions for the same pill but this doctor wouldn`t give me that, told me when finished come back... I told him that my old doctors would give me them but NO I NEEDED TO COME BACK. this was the case with Certificates as well. this MEDICAL CENTRE IS ABOUT MONEY AND THAT IS IT. I say look around as Gisborne charge around $36 then you get the rebate back to see a doctor, alot of Sunbury have Bulk Billing. Just look around before you spend..."

"Great little pharmacy, I just wish the operating hours were a little longer - especially on the weekend seeing as the adjoining medical centre is conveniently open late. The staff are amazing, especially all the qualified chemists who are some of the most helpful pharmacists I've ever encountered. Highly recommended."
