"Booked an appointment online for a hairstyle. Booking requires a $100 deposit. Upon booking, I received an email to let me know that until I receive a call from the salon, the booking is not finalised (regardless of booking online in an apparent available spot). Angela called me to advise the morning bookings are for colourings only (nothing about this on the booking system). She then said she could "give me a call for any availability". For a salon seemingly so prestigious there are lots of rules that should be stated on the online booking system. I cancelled and asked for my refund of the $100 so I can actually book somewhere else - still awaiting refund. Such a shame as the place looks beautiful from the outside but unfortunately seems to be more of a focus on colourings over styling."
