"Very disappointed with my hair cut. Belinda seemed more focused on selling products than listening. I requested that my fringe, that I had been growing out, not be touched but Belinda insisted on trimming it leaving me with a fringe again the sits up like a crest. Dry cutting after using a straightening iron also does not work for curly hair because the style is lost once the hair bounces back when the waviness kicks back in. I gave this feedback to Belinda who responded that a new style takes some getting used to. Well, this was not the style I requested so I will not be returning."
