"First time customer but got turned away because I didn’t book 24 hours in advance , they were happy to cut my hair but won’t let me use the first time discount as it needs to be booked in advance . I understand rules very well but if the salon is empty and you have a hair dresser available it’s best to show your skills and win a new customer over rather than stick to a rule that can be bent at your discretion( Don’t tell me it can’t lol). Funny they let my partner use her 1st time discount walk in couple weeks ago. You should be willing to bring as much new business as possible not just sticking to existing clientele and showing skills to them. In a customer facing role use your brain over your ego to make decisions . Have a great day…"

"Not happy at all with my cut, actually quite upset. Stylist did a style that I did not ask for or consent to. The last 3 stylists that did my hair understood perfectly what I wanted. She did not and I can’t understand it. I move cities a lot, and I travel a lot so sometimes I have to get a cut on-the-go. This was the first time I’ve had a cut where the stylist cutting my hair didn’t look at my hair or talk to me before my hair was shampooed to see what style I had, and to clarify what style I wanted before it got wet. The guy who was drying my hair had a long pinkie nail and kept stabbing my head/side of face while running his hand through my hair with the dryer. Like more than 15x he pinkie-finger stabbed me. So bizarre. I called the salon beforehand to ask price for my mid-length hair that just barely reaches my shoulder and wanted to get 1 inch trimmed. I got more than 2 inches cutoff and cannot pull it back when I go to the gym. The stylist was rushed and felt quite rough when handling my hair. I was quoted $70 and they charged me $100. Will not be back and cannot recommend."

Let me start by saying that I used to love your salon, and my hairdresser, Sena, has always been amazing. I never had any issues until my recent interaction with someone who identified herself as the director. Unfortunately, I was unwell for a few days, which made it impossible for me to keep my appointment. When I received a call from the director to discuss rescheduling, I was met with unexpected rudeness. Despite my attempts to explain my medical condition and the need to move my appointments to next Saturday, the director didn't allow meto speak and abruptly hung up on me in an angry manner. It was quite shocking and left me feeling hurt and disrespected. Furthermore, the threat of canceling my appointment and withholding my deposit felt incredibly unfair and uncalled for. It is disheartening to receive such treatment after being a loyal customer at your salon. I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve your salon's customer service and communication. It is crucial for businesses to treat their customers with empathy and understanding, especially during challenging times. I had always recommended your salon to friends and family, but this incident has left me reconsidering my loyalty. She was very kind and gave me some pro tips to take care of my hair. One thing that really stranded out to me was the fact that she was being honest and did not just want to offer things that might be beneficial for the salon.
