"UPDATE - Big thank you to Giovanna from Manipulate for seeing this review and following up with the booking refund for me. Really appreciate that I was able to have my problem solved after all! On June 13th, I booked a hair appointment for a wedding on July 8th. However, I cancelled it one or two days after as I no longer needed the appointment. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of someone in regards to my booking deposit being refunded. I emailed, I sent a message on instagram, I commented on instagram photos, I even spoke to one person on the phone who said they would "follow up for me". I'm from Canada and have never had an issue getting my booking deposit refunded, especially when the booking is cancelled well ahead of time. I cancelled my appointment literally 3 weeks before my appointment date!! And I still never got refunded. Horrible experience and not one single employee responded back to my emails or messages."
