"Hi, so I went here a couple weeks ago. I went in for a blowout! I was given 50-65 price budget when I called (i specifically said blow dry included(.. I went in, not only was I sat down 20 minutes after my booked appointment, I wasn’t even with the hairdresser I selected. They seemed to be annoyed and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. After they washed my hair. A lady sat me in a chair and asked if I wanted me to DRY my hair. (Not blowout; she said DRY.) and of course I said yes. She then hit me with $180-200 fee for a wash and blow dry. Usually when asking someone if they want an extra service that puts the price up $60-70 $$, you usually tell them. They had no sympathy for there clients and I’ve seen the reply’s. they’re insanely sarcastic and awfully childish. Somewhat funny. They over charge for a service that wasn’t luxury or even welcoming. As a person who is also in the industry, comfortability in top priority, and I....definitely didn't feel comfortable. And the person replying to these comments are not professional, its embarrassing. And when i was gobsmacked by the price, the lady didn't even flinch, almost used to this reaction. Not professional considering the over over over priced service that again, was horrible experience. Of course this is all an individual experience, I hope they fix this attitude problem and are more vocal with prices when there client is in the CHAIR with wet hair. Thank you Alchemy of hair. xxx"
