"I had been to the salon and had a couple of appointments with Ella who was so lovely, and done a really good job. My recent appointment with a different stylist, was so very disappointing. I felt that my hair was not washed thoroughly, the stylist did not listen to what I asked for, then towards the end of the service, I had to ask again for what I had originally asked for and the stylist became very annoyed and started to bang items on her trolley, and became very rude towards me. I then was charged an additional $20 in comparison to my previous appointment. When I asked about why the cost was more I was rudely told it was because a iron was used on my hair."
