"I’ve been going to this salon for years for beauty therapy and unfortunately I missed my appointment today as I got my days muddled up. I spoke with Ashlee who made me feel like I had done it on purpose she was not flexible with rescheduling my appointment and charged me $75 for a no show. I was honest and completely admitted at fault but as I was a long term client who never missed an appointment I thought we could have come to an agreement. I really felt unwelcome after my phone call."
