"Bad experience...ordered calamari main course...$26.90. When we came to pay the bill my meal had gone up to $30.90. When I queried it the Owner said ..oh it's gone up, the waiter should have told you. I then said well he didn't, so you must charge me what it says on the menu. I asked him why the old price was still there, he said he was waiting for the new menus and just kept apologising every time I protested. There were 12 of us who would have spent about $350 plus, we also belong to a community theatre and encourage our patrons to eat there. I don't understand why for the sake of good customer relations he didn't charge me the old price. I am also not sure that what he did was legal! So beware the cost of your meal may go up while you are eating it."

"Make sure to book! We were walk in guests on Saturday and lucky we were only a party of three and early as this place was packed. We can see why after the delicious Italian meals we experienced. The restaurant is spacious with capacity to hold a tonne of people. The staff were great, being friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive with some great traditional Italian from pasta to pizza and everything in between. We ordered the cheese and garlic focaccia, the Aussie pizza (for the little one), the chicken and spinach risotto and the veal scallopini. Can fault the meals except they are massive!!! Taste was great and the meals overall were very filling. Prices were reasonable with the meals and drinks all being under $100. Will be back to try more of the menu with more of the family. Big thanks to the big guy for squeezing us in on such a busy night! Ciao and see you again"

"Casual Italian style dining at the foot of Mt Dandenong in Upper Ferntree Gully. Decent food at reasonable prices. The pizzas are some of the best locally coming out from an electric oven. Try the Mexicana for added spiciness. The Chicken Mango was tender and full of flavors. Good service in clean environment. Ideal for family meals."
