"We’d driven 2-hours from country Vic; John and Leanne welcomed us and looked after us so well. The shop smells fresh and amazing as soon as you walk in and the range is terrific with gluten-free available. However for us the highlight was the hand-crafted ice cream bar. My girls went wild over the lemon sorbet, it is delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality! All the best"

"Above and beyond my expectations. I found Vermont Pizzeria on google 20 minutes before closing while looking for a last minute dinner that would cater for the family (lactose intolerant & plant-based). I called and was met with a very friendly gentleman who was polite and patient whilst taking my order of the veggie vegan pizza and the vegetarian gourmet vegan pizza. Upon picking up my order right before close I met the owners. They were both extremely friendly and passionate about making sure everyone is catered for while also promoting vegan pizzas in a flexitarian-friendly way. Even my non-vegan family loved them. It reminded us of a classic local pizza shop taste, which is rare for a vegan pizza. The gourmet crust was slightly more soggy than the veggie pizza, but the toppings were still delicious. The veggie pizza was exactly what we wanted and couldn't fault it. Thank you. This is a local, family run business which has inclusive options in addition to menu items for those wanting to cut down on meat consumption. All this while still being delicious and friendly!
