"The nails were fine, but I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour at any place of business in my life. I was midway through my pedicure when the lady doing my nails started a screaming match with another lady working on the salon (I was told it was the daughter of the owner yelling at her mother) she then threw my polish down, screamed more, grabbed all her belongings and left. I was left in shock with half my toes painted. The owner just proceeded with her client whilst all the clients looked at each other in shock. The owner then finished off my nails in silence. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. This was an awful experience. The owner could’ve immediately come over and apologised, offered me a discount… anything! But she did nothing to make it better. She muttered ‘sorry’ under her breath as I was getting up to pay, but that seemed forced and insincere. Despicable behaviour. Will never return."

"Got my nails done here a little bit ago and the quality wasn’t the best but I thought I’d give them another try. I only went in for a simple french as I didn’t want anything too much. Paid $30 which I thought was reasonable. By the next day they were already starting to chip and crack and the top coat put on wasn’t smooth at all. Onto day 2 now and it looks like I got my nails done over a week ago. The quality is so bad for the pricing. I really wish they did a better job as the salon is so close and easy to access. But after paying that much for my nails to just crack and peel off the day after I could’ve just done them myself at home. I don’t recommend this place if you want good quality nails. Really disappointing that I wasted my money on something that looked good for only a couple hours :/"

"New owner is absolutely gorgeous! Her Mum & her are absolutely amazing, Never felt so welcomed into a nail salon like this ♥︎ Even asks if I would like tea or coffee or to try her Vietnamese coffee! Such special customer service and no salon like it. Your business is only going to sparkle like you! Nails always come out amazing & even took the time to help me pick out some gorgeous nails for my Sisters wedding! Very patient! xx"
