"I had recently had a haircut with Victoria who used to be very good and attentive in the past when they started the business but the service and haircut has been down to the hill. She was very abrupt and didn't give any detail to the customers any longer. She tried to take every customers who walked in and did everything at the same time. She let the customers waiting for her on the chairs while doing the hair wash and color and returned to each customers to finish her work. She spent less than 20 mins to do wash and haircut. It is very pathetic."
