Very attentive to small details and listens to what you want every time. Adriana has also cut my hair twice recently and she was really really good! Knows how to shape your hair to suit your face and the results are stellar. Been coming to these barbers for a while now. Always exceptional service and affordable prices."

"If listening to your clients needs are not part of your core values then it’s a waste of time and money for that client. 4 people watched my disastrous hair do today and despite my constant protests, I was ignored. I will lodge a formal complaint with Fair Trading if that’s the only language you’ll understand. Response: 14th Aug Don’t even try and use the racism card with me. Is that your only response? That’s really clutching at straws now! Me aggressive, that’s laughable! I can bring you 100 people from different continents and no one will call me racist! Would you like to see the pics of what I looked like when I left your salon and when I went out later that night? I had to do my own hair after paying $60, for what? Where was the Manager? Hiding somewhere? Your staff are inexperienced. I know my hair!!! Your stylist had no clue what she was doing and struggled to understand my request, whilst the others looked on. You’ll should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ve never heard good things about your salon but I still gave you the benefit of the doubt. I can see why your staff constantly change! Incompetence is an understatement."

"I have gone to this hairdressing salon, on a number of occassions. However during Covid I decided to just grow my hair out as it was too difficult to keep it styled. The hairdresser I used to go to there is no longer there but I got a lovely young lady Selina. She did an excellent job even though I had very long hair and she had to cut it quite short and style it."

"I was really impressed with the service provided at Moe and Co. Friendly receptionist organised Samantha who answered my questions and put my fears to rest and achieved fantastic results with my hair.All clients were treated with lot of care especially little girls. The process was well explained to all and I was amazed to see the exert advice given about hair care. The environment was relaxed so waiting was not a problem. I will definitely use this place now with my family."

"I paid $320 for awful service and horrible results. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would've used that option. I showed this reference photo of the hair colour I wanted, the results was NOT what I wanted. I am a Catholic school student and I was hoping for subtle maroon red highlights that were appropriate for school, but instead, it was bright red which faded into a disgusting copper colour. I was given no aftercare products OR maintenance advice. My hair used to be extremely healthy, but now it's fried and I despise how it looks. I sat there for only 1-2 hours when a procedure like this should take an average of 6 hours. After one wash, almost all the hair dye faded out. I demand a refund ASAP, not a reimbursement. The reviews are extremely misleading, I'm disappointed. Never coming back again."
