"I have been going here for a while now to get my keratin treatment done and every time it was fantastic, but i went 2 weeks ago to get it done after a while, paid $500 and it did not work because she took too big sections, did not blow dry it properly with tension and rushed it, i told the hairdresser and she offered to fix it free of charge. went back the week after, did the whole thing again and again, it didn't work as she still didn't do it properly. i was upset as she did not do it correctly and proceeded to blame my hair and kept telling me that she has been doing this for 25 years, even though results do not show it. it was hard enough to complain and ask for something else to be done, she was rude, brushed it off, would not refund or offer to do anything else or apologise to me. she walked off because she had another client and i was standing there in shock because of how upset i was that i had spent so much money on a service she clearly could not provide. The owner was nice, but offered me a shampoo and conditioner and to come back again after 3 weeks to fix it again but i do not want the same thing to happen for a 3rd time and a shampoo and conditioner is nowhere near good enough compensation. I am so upset with how i was treated as a regular client getting the same thing done for almost 2 years in general. I would never go back and would certainly not recommend a service done by this hairdresser."

"My 13yo son was here a zero-fade haircut. The store front says Men's cut $30. My son was charged $36 approx, without being informed beforehand that zero-fade price is more than Men's normal haircut rate. ( last time, he charged $27 for a fade without giving a fade). WhenI came in to pay, I queried the rate with the barber, to which he just shrugged n laughed. This is completely unethical, promoting your business with signage of reasonable rates, and then simply dumping a higher fee, without prior notice, after the service."
