"Brought our Daughters (aged 5 and 7) here to get their ears pierced for the first time and we can’t recommend this specific shop highly enough. We chose the children’s double operator service. First off, the two ladies assisting us were super warm and friendly and immediately made our kids feel comfortable and safe. Secondly, the process itself is perfect for kids - the staff talked through everything they were doing in enough detail to make our daughters feel comfortable but with enough discretion not to alarm them. The staff were efficient and thorough. Thirdly, the kids piercing product itself is great - complete with a certificate and teddy bear to celebrate, and instruction on how to care for the newly pierced ears. Happy kids and happy parents.
