"A few weeks ago I took in my corgi in for a wash, de-shed, tidy up and sanitary trim. The attached photos show how he looked when was sent home. It was not worth paying $96. There was an attempt to shave my corgi's backside and legs, but it was done so poorly. The cuts are extremely blunt, jagged and uneven with some sections shaved almost to the skin. This was not what I asked for and at no point was this communicated to me before, during or after. I did not consent to my corgi being shaved. It is strongly advised against to shave a double coat due to the long-term damage it can cause to the coat. We had been coming here for almost 2 years and thought we could trust this place, but the dramatic drop in quality means we will not be coming back."
