"Staff are good at taking your money but will ignore yoh when you ask for your deposit refund as if we're talking about 5 bucks to be ignored. They ask for freakin 500 damage deposit to be paid on your check in on the spot but cant return it on the spot on check out - you have to wait for days. Whats annoying is they dont respond to you either text or calls. Very disappointing. Greedy. How much money do you need to be happy???"

"My husband, our three young boys and I recently spent a night here. On our way I was in the car reading the reviews and became very concerned that we had booked awful accommodation. All I can say is I have no idea where all these bad reviews have come from but they are ridiculous. We had just spent six nights in a high rise in Surfers Paradise before coming here and this venue was ten times nicer. Our room at Winston was immaculate. It was modern, tidy and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the condiments in the kitchen were great. The view was absolutely spectacular from our room on the 19th floor. Customer service was great. If I was going to be picky I would mention as someone else did that yes the balcony doors don’t seem to lock which obviously isn’t ideal with children. Our eldest two are old enough to know not to go out there alone however our youngest is only 2.5. Having said that, the doors are quite heavy and he was unable to move it on his own. Yes the couch had stains on it from previous guests who obviously had spills, but the couches had nice blankets/covers on them which I found to improve the situation. There were absolutely no animals to be seen or heard from and our stay was as peaceful as you would expect from a top notch venue. We would rebook this accommodation in a heartbeat should we ever be travelling back to Melbourne from Tassie again."

"Stayed at Winston apartments for three nights on the 24 th floor. Amazing view to docklands. Good security as your key tag allows you into the building and then you must use it again in the lift. It will only allow you access to your floor. Great heating. Views were spectacular. Needed to go down to reception for more toilet paper as apartment was not serviced each day. Towels etc were not changed either. Good facilities to prepare and cook for yourself"

"Pros: - The view was sensational - even though the building isn't much higher than the others in Docklands, the strategic location for the tower ensures that you have a panoramic view all day! - The bedrooms were quite big, as were the built-in wardrobes. - Apartment building is right in front of a tram station, which takes you to Southern Cross in 5 mins and is free! - Close proximity to the city and plenty of food options nearby. - Price was reasonable too! - Staff were helpful and provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. - Netflix was free and you could also log into Prime and other streaming services. - Gym and pool were nice too and were open from super early to quite late as well. - Parking was included in the booking fee. Cons: - Kitchen wasn't adequately equipped - no pans, sponge to do dishes or enough forks for the guests (only 1 fork). We asked for all this and someone was going to bring them up the next day, but that didn't happen. - WiFi was very intermittent, which was quite annoying as the mobile network wasn't stellar in the area either. - Living room couch needs to be replaced - quite worn out and not at all comfortable."

"Booked 2 bedroom appartments for me and my staff members in the mid of January for a trip in the end of March. They cancelled my booking a week before my trip. I had to search for new accomodation and obviously it cost me now an arm and a leg as it’s less than a week to travel."
