"I don't usually write reviews, but I feel that I need to share my experience at this salon. They advertise themselves as the number 1 salon for kids, but I can confidently say that they are actually the number one salon for unfriendly and rude behaviour. We had an appointment for our son at 3:30 pm today, and we had planned everything in advance to ensure we arrived on time. However, unexpected situations can occur with children, and we were running six minutes late due to a delay in picking up our son from daycare. I tried calling the salon to inform them of our situation, but nobody answered. Eventually, someone called us back, and I explained that we would be arriving five minutes late. The staff member was incredibly rude and told us that if we arrive even 1 min late past 5 min, they would not take our child. This response shocked me, and I tried to explain that their message stated that appointments could be cancelled or rescheduled if customers were 5-10 minutes late. However, the staff member continued to be rude and insisted that they would not take our child. We arrived seven minutes late, and my husband tried to request that they still take our child. However, they declined and even lied to my husband, saying that I had been yelling at them on the phone. My husband decided to leave at this point, but the staff member started yelling at him and stating – DON’T COME TO SALON AGAIN This behaviour was completely unacceptable, and definitely we will never return to this salon again. We went to a nearby salon where the staff were kind and patient, and they did a great job on our son's haircut. I don't understand why this salon has such a bad attitude towards their customers. They will only lose more customers in the long run if they continue to treat people this way. I expect that the owner will try to blame me for the situation, but I know that this is not the case. They have treated many other customers poorly in the past, and I believe that they will continue to do so in the future. In conclusion, I was late for my appointment, and I take responsibility for that. However, the way that the staff at this salon treated us was completely unacceptable, and we will never return. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and I hope that others will avoid this salon based on our experience."

"Just finished with my 3yrs old Son haircut. Shes very nice, outstanding patience cutting my Son's hair. Hair cut looks gorgeous as well. Value for money excellent. Will be coming back for more haircuts with my boys."

"Absolutely love this hair salon for my 2 boys under 4. My youngest had his first hair cut here! Tennille has been amazing, my eldest is nervous about haircuts and she is so great with him. There are cool cars the kids can sit in and "drive", there are 2 TVs going with different kids movies including Cars, Paw Patrol, Barbie etc. You can message on messenger and make appointments for people who don't like talking on the phone. Tennille is very kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else!"

"Went here for the first time and was highly impressed. I didn’t quite catch the hairdressers name but she was extremely kind to my son who has had his haircut three times and had screamed the whole time (at other places) she took the time to talk to him and show him the tools she was using. Not once did my son cry and when he was looking a bit distressed she would distract him. Will definitely be back"
