"I visited Petstock Main Rd Eltham this morning to use the dogwash. Just after I entered the dogwash a female attendant called out to me "did your dog make a mess on the floor?" I answered "If he did I wasn't aware of it" - I had just walked in and had stopped briefly to look at the dog beds. I did not see my dog make a mess nor did I see a mess on the floor. I then proceeded to wash the dog. When I finished I put the dog in the car and came back into store to purchase some bird food and stood in line waiting to be served. When it got to my turn the same female attendant at the counter said "won't be a moment" and just walked off leaving me just standing there. It was clear to me that she was deliberately leaving me waiting and another attendant served me. As I exited the store she walked past me giving me a dirty look. It was clear she believed I had let the dog make a mess on the floor which I had no knowledge of. I have long been a customer of Petstock stores and usually find the staff to be polite and helpful but as a consequence of her rudeness towards me this morning I will find another local store to shop."
