"I decided to go for the safe bet and ordered lasagna through Menu Log. What I got was anything but safe. The thing looked more like soupy sauce than a real lasagna, drowning in an ocean of cheese. I called up to say, "Hey, something's not right here," and guess what? They told me that's how they do it and that they couldn’t possibly do anything about it. I mean, seriously? How can a business mess up something as simple as lasagna? It's like they took a wrong turn in the kitchen and ended up in a cheesy swamp. I'm just left shaking my head at how they could make a classic dish so confusing. Here's hoping someone gets the memo that lasagna isn't supposed to be a cheesy soup. Lost me as a paying customer."

"Ordered 2 meat lovers and chicken tenders and chips and received chicken tender and 2 joes classic pizzas, rang up and was told by staff yes them remember the order they put the wrong pizzas in the system and next time the 2 pizza would be on them went back a week later after ordering on phone and reminding them what had happen only to walk in the shop to start getting screamed at by the owner I stood there in shock, absolutely the worst service I have ever delt with and there food is not even crash hot to begin with will not be going back there and will make sure friends and family in Wallan will not be going back there"

"Food was okay nothing to complain to much about however the drinks were missed the driver said he would go and get it and come straight back well his straight back apparently means 2 hours later so we unfortunately didn’t get to have a nice drink with dinner look it’s a small issue but seriously poor customer service you pay for delivery and you don’t get what you pay for on top they make promises they can’t keep you can’t tell a customer that you will be straight back and Then two hours go by and only when I call the store apparently his left and on his way well it’s been 10 mins so unless he got lost in wallan, my opinion highly unlikely as wallan is the size of a over grown water melon restaurant staff are probably completely innocent of this issue the driver wouldn’t have even mentioned it to them about his mistake my guess his waited for the next delivery and brought it back then and it’s possible the staff at the restaurant wasn’t aware but either way not good enough a drink worth dinner is the same as a good fun time with your partner but ya forgot ya protection only going to end one of way and that’s how my taste buds are the water pic is what had to resort too"

"We usually order pizza and they are usually great, and no issues, apart from once when it was a little late however this time we ordered pasta, one carbonara one Spaghetti. We payed $40 and literally got half full containers. Went to call them to talk to someone as there was basically nothing of the carbonara and the manager wasn't in so they took my name and number and never got back to me. Basing from the other reviews this place is going downhill fast and maybe the workers and managers should start listening to the customers instead, otherwise loyal customers like myself who order from them quite a bit, won't be coming back. Here is a tip maybe you should get Gordon Ramsay out here to fix whatever problem it is that you need help with. I'm really disappointed."
